General Hotel Policies

Check-In and Check-Out Times

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

Parking

Indoor parking with unlimited access is available at $15.00 per day.

Pet Policy

All pets staying at the hotel must be registered at check-in at the hotel. We will ask you to sign a pet registration and agreement document at check in. Extra charges are applied for pets.

Cancellation Policy

Winter Season (December 1 - April 18)

A non-refundable one night room and tax deposit are charged at the time of booking. Thirty days prior to arrival, remaining funds will automatically be charged to credit card on file. If cancelled within 30 days of arrival, the full amount is non-refundable.

Summer Season (April 19 - November 30)

One night room deposit plus tax are charged at time of booking. The Hotel requires at least 48 hours written notice of any cancellation in order to refund deposit. We regret that we are not able to refund deposits for any cancellations received within 48 hours of arrival.
