Whistler is a fabulous place in the summer too, and while attending local events or exploring the beautiful mountain wilderness around the town, you'll be well taken care of at the Pinnacle International Hotel. Golf: There are five outstanding courses within a short drive of the Hotel, all designed by famous professionals and featuring some of the most spectacular scenery in North America.

Swimming and Water Sports: you can water ski or wakeboard on Green Lake, and swim at a number of local beaches

Hiking: explore beautiful hiking trails on some of the local mountains.

Check out our Kids Adventure Zone, where the kids will enjoy Mini Golf, the Adventure Castle, trapezes, and other entertainments

Whistler also has Nature Outings - flyfishing, birdwatching, bear watching and nature hikes

Try Mountain Biking at the Whistler Bike Park, or go cross-country biking on our local trails.

If you're an avid mountain biker, check out Crankworx Whistler. For nine days in August, Whistler hosts North America's premier mountain bike festival. Crankworx is an eye-popping extravaganza of mountain biking competitions and demos. Free-riding, trials, and downhill cycling all take place with a healthy dose of free entertainment and music.
