Pinnacle Hotel Whistler is hiring a full-time Front Desk Agent. Starting at $24.00/hour, with dental care, extended health care, life insurance, on-site parking. Full details and application are on Indeed.
Schedule: Full-time, permanent. Availability may include weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and check guests in and out professionally
- Handle reservations, payments, and guest inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
- Resolve guest concerns with care and follow-through
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and a warm, guest-first manner
- Front desk / PMS experience an asset
- Able to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends
