Early check-in and late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability. Please contact the hotel directly to arrange.

Yes, complimentary luggage storage is available at the front desk before check-in and after check-out.
Parking & Transportation
Is parking available?
Yes, secure underground parking is available for guests at $29 per night plus applicable taxes. This includes unlimited in-and-outs, no reservation is required, and the maximum vehicle height is 6'8" (2 metres).
Is EV charging available?
No, Pinnacle Hotel Whistler does not offer EV charging. The closest charging station is at the Whistler Conference Centre, a few minutes' walk from the hotel.
Is the hotel close to Whistler Blackcomb?
Yes, Pinnacle Hotel Whistler Village is a short walk from the Whistler Village and Blackcomb Gondola. The Whistler Resort Municipality also operates a complimentary winter-season shuttle, with a stop right across the street from Pinnacle.
Is public transportation nearby?
The main transit hub is the Gateway Bus Loop, a few minutes' walk from the hotel. It serves local transit and is also the drop-off and pick-up point for Epic Rides, Whistler Rides, and the YVR Skylynx to and from Vancouver and Vancouver International Airport.
How do I get to/from Vancouver International Airport (YVR)?
Both private rental cars and bus services are popular options. The YVR Skylynx bus service connects the airport to Whistler Village; the trip takes about two hours and covers 135 km (84 miles).

Do guest rooms include kitchen facilities?
Yes, all our guest rooms feature fully equipped kitchens including a fridge, microwave, oven, and kitchenware. A grocery store is within walking distance of the hotel.
What in-room amenities are included?
Suites include a fireplace, a deep soaker or whirlpool bath, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Are guest rooms non-smoking?
Yes, all guest rooms and indoor spaces are 100% smoke-free.
Are accessible accommodations available?
Yes, accessible rooms are available, featuring wider doorways, a lowered bathroom counter, a hand-held shower attachment, and additional grab bars. A roll-in shower and shower chair are not available.
Is Wi-Fi complimentary?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is included for all guests.
Does the hotel have a pool and fitness centre?
Yes, guests can enjoy a heated, year-round outdoor pool and hot tub, plus a fitness room with showers, an elliptical, and a treadmill. Weights are not available.
Is the hotel pet-friendly?
Yes, Pinnacle Hotel Whistler Village allows a maximum of two dogs per guest room. The pet fee is $40 + taxes per night. A pet-friendly room is assigned on arrival, and a pet waiver must be signed.
Does the hotel offer laundry services?
Yes, self-serve laundry is available 24/7. It's $3 per wash and $3 per dry — change can be obtained from the front desk and billed directly to your guest room.
Do the guest suites have balconies?
Yes, all rooms offer either a Juliet balcony or a walk-out balcony. To guarantee a balcony, book a Premium Studio or Junior Suite. For Standard Studios and Deluxe rooms, a walk-out balcony is subject to availability at time of arrival.
